Mama Bear Loaded Chips

Turn your kitchen into the ultimate comfort zone with a tower of golden fries, smothered in gooey cheese, Mama Bear Ketchup, and all the good stuff. Big on flavour, big on comfort, made to share. One bite and you’ll be wrapped in that Mama Bear hug. ️

Serves 4 | Prep 10 mins | Cook 30 mins

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes

  • 2 medium potatoes

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • Pinch of salt & pepper

  • 50g grated cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt

  • 1–2 tablespoons of any Mama Bear ketchup

  • Optional toppings: sliced spring onions, diced peppers, or sweetcorn for extra colour

Method:

1.     Prep the Chips:
Wash and cut the sweet and white potatoes into chip-sized sticks (leave the skin on for extra fibre).

2.     Season & Bake:
Place chips in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, add paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until coated.
Spread evenly on a baking tray and bake at 200°C (fan 180°C) for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until crisp on the outside and soft inside.

3.     Load It Up:
Transfer chips to a serving plate. Sprinkle with cheese while still hot so it melts slightly.

4.     Top & Serve:
Add a swirl of yoghurt and drizzle generously with Mama Bear ketchup.
