Rainbow Hash Browns

Crispy, golden, and packed with colourful veggies, our Rainbow Hash Browns turn breakfast (or any meal!) into a crunchy, celebration. Pair with Mama Bear Ketchup for the full rainbow.

Makes 4 kid-sized portions – 20 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 small, sweet potato

  • 1 medium potato

  • 1 carrot

  • 1–2 spring onion

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Pinch of salt & pepper

  • 1 tbsp Mama Bear Ketchup

Instructions:

  1. Grate & Mix:
    Grate the sweet potato, potato, and carrot. Pop them in a bowl, add a tiny pinch of salt & pepper, and mix well.

  2. Shape the Fun:
    Take small handfuls of the mixture and press into fun shapes .

  3. Pan Fry until Crispy:
    Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add your veggie shapes and press gently with a spatula. Cook for about 4–5 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

  4. Serve & Dip:
    Serve warm with Mama Bear ketchup for dipping .
