Rainbow Hash Browns
Crispy, golden, and packed with colourful veggies, our Rainbow Hash Browns turn breakfast (or any meal!) into a crunchy, celebration. Pair with Mama Bear Ketchup for the full rainbow.
Makes 4 kid-sized portions – 20 mins
Ingredients:
1 small, sweet potato
1 medium potato
1 carrot
1–2 spring onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of salt & pepper
1 tbsp Mama Bear Ketchup
Instructions:
Grate & Mix:
Grate the sweet potato, potato, and carrot. Pop them in a bowl, add a tiny pinch of salt & pepper, and mix well.Shape the Fun:
Take small handfuls of the mixture and press into fun shapes .Pan Fry until Crispy:
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add your veggie shapes and press gently with a spatula. Cook for about 4–5 minutes per side until golden and crispy.Serve & Dip:
Serve warm with Mama Bear ketchup for dipping .
