What my 8 year old told me after she had a fringe cut in to her hair😂

They say never work with animals or kids...unless you want honesty.
My kids were my tasters for the first hundred or so versions of ketchup I made (ok, maybe 10)
They used words such as Yuck and Yum to let me know if I was on to a winning recipe or not.
And when we got it down to the final 3 they took part in a much bigger blind tasting we did in Teagasc where we asked them about texture, mouth feel and how it looked. And then we settled on a unanimous winning recipe which is the one we use and the one which recently picked up a Blás na hÉireann award.

No point in making something healthy if it doesn't also taste delicious.
