Mama Bear BBQ Chicken Sliders

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 12 soft slider rolls

  • 400g cooked pulled chicken

  • 4 tbsp Mama Bear BBQ Ketchup

  • 120g grated cheese

  • ½ small red onion, finely sliced

Method:

  1. Prep the rolls – Slice your rolls in half horizontally.

  2. Mix the chicken – Toss the pulled chicken with Mama Bear Ketchup until it’s fully coated.

  3. Build your sliders – Lay the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish, sprinkle on half the cheese, top with pulled chicken, red onion (if using), and finish with the remaining cheese and a squeeze of Mama Bear BBQ ketchup

  4. Bake – Pop the top half of the rolls on, brush lightly with oil or butter, and bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes until golden and melty.

  5. Serve & share – Slice, pull apart, and dip into extra Mama Bear Ketchup for that sweet, tangy finish!
