Mama Bear BBQ Chicken Sliders

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
12 soft slider rolls
400g cooked pulled chicken
4 tbsp Mama Bear BBQ Ketchup
120g grated cheese
½ small red onion, finely sliced
Method:
Prep the rolls – Slice your rolls in half horizontally.
Mix the chicken – Toss the pulled chicken with Mama Bear Ketchup until it’s fully coated.
Build your sliders – Lay the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish, sprinkle on half the cheese, top with pulled chicken, red onion (if using), and finish with the remaining cheese and a squeeze of Mama Bear BBQ ketchup
Bake – Pop the top half of the rolls on, brush lightly with oil or butter, and bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes until golden and melty.
Serve & share – Slice, pull apart, and dip into extra Mama Bear Ketchup for that sweet, tangy finish!
