Do you have meals/snack hacks to encourage healthy eating for fussy eaters that you could share with other parents? 

Yes lots, im a fussy eating specialist

Do you have any advice that you were once given that was very useful?

Yes eg to help kids start eating pasta cook cooked pasta till crunchy

What is your favourite meal to cook that suits the whole family? 

1 pot dinners eg pasta bake etc

What is your go-to meal for your busiest days?

Eg Pasta carbonara with proteins such as rashers and side of veg

Any advice for dealing with children who are fussy eaters?

Change their view of difference as well as build on their preferences, make very small changes etc

How often do you sit down as a family to enjoy a meal together?

As much as possible. I usually sit with the kids and at weekends we all sit together when my husband is home

What's one thing that drives you crazy about one of your children’s food choices? 

One of mine wont eat frozen peas but eats all other kinds of beans including green beans, raw and cooked. Makes no sense in a way

What do you like about Mama Bear Ketchups?

Its s healthier version of a favourite food for some kids, it can bridge the gap to other new foods

If you could choose one parenting mantra for yourself, what would it be?

We often forget how much positive influence we can have on our kids
